This green kantha stitch on white bangalore silk is a simple saree. It lacks diversity and is created by using light green patterns sparsely on a white background. The top and bottom parts of the saree features a light green border done with kantha stitch. The body does not have much decoration except small green floral patterns placed across it.
The highlight of this saree is the kantha stitch creation of ganesha image on the pallu. Two colorful ganesha figures sit side by side complete with the cute little rats. The ganesha figures are done in highly colorful thread work, including shades such as orange, red, green, and gray.
The ganesha on the left side has an orange and red face. The one on the right side has a green and orange face. The trunks are white in both of the images. Ganesha devotees would surely appreciate this saree.
